Exempt from Obamacare

A more interesting idea for Congressional health care is to not only remove them from the FEHBP, but forbid them from buying insurance on the individual market for a year so they can see what it's like to not be insurable.

I have nothing but contempt for the idea of delaying the individual mandate for a year. America needs some method of universal coverage, and this is the closest thing we have right now.
