In religious discussions [particularly Orthodox, so others can tune out], here are some words that cause me to roll my eyes.
1. Ancient.
2. Mystical.
3. Mystery.
4. Tradition.
5. This isn't a word, but, well, most apologetics.
6. Pretty much most other conversations. People don't really talk about anything worthwhile, they talk about shit.

You gotta has you some Tradition and apologetics, dude. Gotta has it.
Well, you certainly need Tradition, but does one need to talk about it? Perhaps in your circles. In mine, it's more productive to avoid the word because it makes you think about what you're saying.
Apologetics, I'm not convinced.
people should give the words the respect they're due. In some cases that means shutting up and in others it means shouting. We're supposed to discuss holy things (otherwise accountability and teaching are hard to come by) but holy things have got to be talked about in a manner befitting holiness.
I especially agree with #6 which has another meaning in Blazing Saddles...something about a whawpin' and a whopin'
